Wellington is a quiet village six miles from Hereford Cathedral city. The local shop sits 0.3 miles away. You can walk from the house to countryside footpaths and a ford where dogs can cool off. The Black and White Trail runs nearby through rolling Herefordshire countryside.

The cottage has four bedrooms across three floors. First floor: one double with en-suite walk-in shower and one further double bedroom. Second floor: one double and one twin (converts to double). There's a shower room and two cloakrooms with WCs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer and everything needed for cooking large meals.
