The staircase from the hall leads to two lovely first floor bedrooms, both with the added benefit of en-suite facilities with the front bedroom enjoying long-distant views. Doors from the kitchen take you to the front patio where you can enjoy alfresco dining on a summer's evening, relax with a good book and take in the beautiful countryside views.

Walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep of the cottage, with The Three Rivers Ride and Herefordshire Trail both close. The market town of Leominster is a short drive away, and is ideal for enjoying a relaxing stroll and stopping for a bite to eat in one of its cafés or pubs. Why not visit the nearby village of Monkland with its artisan cheese dairy, Hereford with its Mappa Mundi world map or the pretty market town of Ludlow?
