We spent a week at the Cart Barn. It is an excellent conversion, spacious and comfortable. There is a very good shower room and comfortable sitting room and bedroom. It has all the facilities you require and is ideal for a couple. There is secure parking in front of the Barn and Yarpole has a shop and pub across the road which serves good pub food. Lovely barn conversion, wellequipped to an high standard and very comfortable. Perfect location for walks around the area and lots to see and do in the vicinity. We were unlucky in that the pub was closed during our stay but can imagine that when open, it makes this location an even better place to stay.
Great place to stay, good host's, good base to explore the area with plenty of walks, Ludlow was particularly good with it's Church well worth seeing and for the added bonus of a Brewery to visit! We had a great time despite the weather and are looking forward to returning in the future. Simon and Julia.

We had such a lovely 3 days staying at The Cart Barn. Martin met us and showed us round and gave us any information we required. Lovely touch with the wine, biscuits and jam thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the pub across the road, visited the local community shop within the church. There is a cafe above it too! We walked to Croft Castle NT and drove to Berrington Hall NT and Hampton Court Castle and Gardens. All very close. The Cart Barn is a lovely place to stay in. Facilities very good and they have provided lots of leaflets about walks and the local area.
Stephen
Thank you we had a lovely week in the Cart Barn. Well equipped and comfortable cottage in a pretty village with a pub across the road. Highly recommended.
The cottage was excellent and the owners were very welcoming. Very clean and the facilities were first class. If visiting the area again will definitely stay there. Bobby and Ann.
A warm welcome from the owner. The cart barn has a nice modern interior, with good amenities. Outside sympathetic with other buildings. The village has a community shop in the church, and a very nice pub. Our only negative is the state of the roads, so many potholes, and extremely narrow lanes.
This property is exelent very clean and comfortable, the little village is deep in the countryside with a historic church. The country lanes are very narrow making it interesting to drive around. Lots of National trust properties around, so a good base for a holiday.
Patricia
Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Will be recommending to all our friends.
When your holiday weather is a bit hit 'n miss, you need a place you can relax in, and 'the Cart Barn' was such a place. Everything you could need, with some lovely quirky personal touches. Great pub across the road, nice village shop in the church! 10 minutes into Leominster for some excellent antique shopping. Martin & Barbara have done an excellent job to make you feel at home. If you can't manage stairs? Try the 'Milking Parlour' adjoining he C.B. Nice choice of red wine as well. ta
Well appointed property. Excellent service. Would recommend this property to all of your customers
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cart barn. We had a lovely welcome from the owners, the place was clean and comfortable and very convenient for what we wanted to do.
Gerard
This is a truly stunning barn conversion, and we enjoyed our stay here immensely. We were greeted by the owner Martin who kindly showed us around and pointed out all the information required. As it has only been open since June 2022, it is wonderfully new and comfortable.
Christopher
This was a wellmanaged and very comfortable property. The internal accommodation and fittingsequipment were firstrate. While it was nice to have an external small table and chairs for sitting out it would have been better if they had been facing a garden. A warm welcome from the hosts. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding countryside and historic towns.
The cottage and facilities went beyond our expectations. It was modern, very clean and very comfortable. We definitely hope to return.
Denise
Lovely property Very welcoming Very clean and comfortable Very well equipped Not too far from places to visit
We enjoyed our stay at the Cart Barn. The owner's were lovely and friendly and very helpful during the hot weather. Thankyou
Beautifully appointed property with everything you could possibly need. Martin and Barbara were very welcoming and advised us on suitable local restaurants. The location was so peaceful and was an ideal spot to visit the 'Black and White ' villages. We were awoken early every morning by the lovely sounds of bird life.
