Ideal location for exploring Herefordshire and surrounds. Good instructions to locate the property. Nice surroundings, pleasant and quiet. Hot tub excellent. Well furnished property. As we were staying a full week, access to a washing machine would have been beneficial.
We've had an amazing stay at Lugg View, it was very clean, very comfortable and cosy too. Everything you needed was at hand, crockery, cutlery etc. Great lighting and very well designed to make even a summer's evening, feel cosy, the seating was spot on too. The mattress, bedding were also very comfy. Privacy was better than expected but with an option to use the communal BBQ and patio seating, the gardens, outdoor lighting were absolutely perfect and a real pleasure to see. A trip to the Cross Keys over the road is a must, nice traditional local pub, great staff and regulars. Can't wait to go back, Hereford is such a lovely place with so many good things on your doorstep.
We had a lovely 5 night stay in great surroundings. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. You have a very comfortable private patio with hot tub aswell as the well kept communal garden. Great location and good roads to travel and explore. Lots of wildlife to see from the balcony with a view over fields. Charming.

Great place to stay and relax
Absolutely beautiful accommodation with super cosy feeling from the minute we arrived even down to the delicious spiced muffins with buttercream and giant chocolate buttons topping waiting for us on the kitchen island they didn't last long ! The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor space is huge with table and chairs and rattan sofas. The woodburner upstairs in the open plan living area created a lovely, warm space along with the underfloor heating downstairs. Only slight downside was being woken up at 8am each morning by someone's dog barking outside, but not sure to whom it belonged. We would definitely stay again !

We had a fantastic stay at Lugg View, the accomodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the log burner and the sofas and beds were super comfy. Kitchen was sufficient for what we needed and a great range of utensils. The cross keys pub over the road was great and everyone was super friendly. We would definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved the place! The living accommodation which is upstairs upside down cannot be faulted! Well equipped and had we needed! Super cosy at nights! Beds down stairs extremely comfy and get quality just alittle snug. We loved the hot tub! Theyd had guests in just before us so it must have been a tight turn around and some things could have been a little cleaner but it wouldnt stop us from returning!

Lugg View was a home from home and more, Beautiful. It had everything you could want. The welcome we had, the Beautiful cakes Steph made on arrival. The outside area, seating and hot tub was perfect. We was lucky with the weather, so many places to go and visit. Bbq each night, which was set in the gardens. It had a lovely pub across the way. Lugg View is one to come back to.
On arrival the property is amazing kept to a very high standard, clean and well maintained, everything you needed for a wonderful chilled experience hot tub checked and cleaned every other day. Great base to visit areas around Herefordshire and Ross onwye, owners Jarrod were on hand for any advice or assistance and Stephs cup cakes were delicious, Thank you for a lovely stay, Dave.
We enjoyed our stay it was beautiful! ! The only thing I can comment negatively on is the fire alarm in the kitchen was above the stove so everytime we cooked on the stove the fire alarm was going off. Near enough all windows and doors were open. Nether the less it was an amazing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you.

Lugg view was everything we needed and more! Views from balcony are so peaceful to wake up and have a morning coffee sat in the autumnal mist. Hot tub was lovely. Amazing place to stay, definitely comfy, cosy and perfect for a getaway in the quiet. Some really nice touches dotted around, the area is beautiful and there's a lot more to do than you think. We highly recommend both Haye on Wye, and The Viking Games where the Axe Throwing and Archery are awesome Well worth the 40 minute drive, trust us. 1010 accommodation. Could not fault a single thing, clean, luxurious and fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Nice touch with the cupcakes that were left for us on arrival. Would have liked an earlier check incheck out but when we found how clean and spotless our accommodation was you cant moan. Definitely be booking again in future!

Absolutely gorgeous property. The attention to detail and high quality finish is stunning. It was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was stunning. The views from the balcony watching the squirrels was so nice and the extra touch of complimentary cupcakes & milk to have a cuppa straight away was so thoughtful thank you. Would highly recommend to friends and family and we cant wait to visit again, we did not want to leave.

Lugg View is a haven of peace and tranquility. I so enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. It is toasty and warm even in January. The bed, sheets and duvet are so comfy and luxurious I loved getting snuggled in bed at night. Wonderful places to visit. Goodrich Castle take water to throw in the well and wait...wait...wait. Worcester Cathedral tours of the cathedral and the library the latter you must book in advance was absolutely awesome. You can just wander about for free too if you prefer. The hot tub is such a treat. Star gazing at the end of the day was fantastic. Turn all bubbles and lights off to get the most of the night sky. Then enjoy the lovely massaging jets, bubbles and pretty lights. The hosts are very friendly and helpful but also give you the space to just enjoy your fabulous break. I totally recommend this lovely place for the most wonderful break. ENJOY!

Absolutely fantastic cottage , beautiful setting & surrounding grounds maintained to very high standards. Very small gripe is the WiFi would not let you connect to a sport gambling sites to place a bet on the England football game when I watched it , Must have security set to block , was a bit frustrating as my phone signal was non existent. All other sites connected fine . We will be back as soon as we can get away .
