On clear days you can see the Brecon Beacons on the horizon. Original exposed stone walls and lofty ceilings give the interior real character.

The setting is genuinely rural. The cottage sides onto fields where horses, foals and goats roam daily. Direct access to local woodland makes this a solid base for walkers and dog owners. Ross-on-Wye is 6.4 miles away and Gloucester is 12.4 miles. A village shop with Post Office is 0.8 miles and the pub is 0.7 miles.

The cottage sleeps five across two bedrooms. The ground-floor family room has a double and single bed. Upstairs via a spiral staircase is a king-size master bedroom. One ground-floor shower room serves both. The living room has a plush sofa and electric woodburning stove.

Symonds Yat Rock (approx 10 miles), Goodrich Castle (9 miles), the Forest of Dean and Ross-on-Wye Golf Club are all within easy reach.
