The building is a former priory and the architecture shows it exposed stone walls, a vaulted ceiling and an unusual shape give it real character.
The River Wye is a five-minute walk away. Fishing, waterside walks and exploring Goodrich Castle's grounds are all on the doorstep. A pub is nearby and the market town of Ross-on-Wye is just a short drive.
The layout is upside-down. The ground floor holds the bedroom a double with exposed brick and an ornate wooden bed plus a bathroom with shower-over-bath.
