Upper Farm is a large eight-bedroom farmhouse in Titley, a quiet hamlet in Herefordshire on the Welsh Marches. It sleeps 16 guests and sits among unspoilt rural countryside with open views across the surrounding fields. Enormous windows flood every room with natural light and the scale of the place has to be seen to be believed. This is a proper family home not a sterile holiday let.

The setting is genuinely peaceful. You're within easy reach of Hay-on-Wye, Kington and Presteigne. The Mortimer Trail and Offa's Dyke are close by for walking. Croft Castle's 1,500 acres of woodland and parkland is nearby for a day out with a picnic. The surrounding area is perfect for walkers and outdoor explorers.

Eight bedrooms sleep 16. There are four super-king zip-and-link rooms (all convertible to twins) three with en-suites and one with a dressing room and extra single bed. Plus a ground-floor double with en-suite, a twin, a single and a quad room with four singles. Six bathrooms total.

Croft Castle (8 miles) Hay-on-Wye (16 miles) Hereford Cathedral with the Mappa Mundi (20 miles) and Presteigne (6 miles) are all within easy reach.

Upper Farm suits large families and groups perfectly. Two wood burners, two dishwashers, a tennis area, table tennis and a large barn for play make this a genuinely well-equipped base for a big group gathering.
