This was our third stay and as always was warm, clean and comfortable. There is a new tv but unfortunately we couldn't use it's potential because of no wifi. This would be a great addition
We enjoyed our second stay at Meadow Lea, it was again very comfortable, clean and well equipt. There was a nice welcome pack which was much appreciated. The area around Leominster has a lot to offer for visitors. We will certainly be returning to Meadow Lea in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Meadow Lea. Lovely greeting by the very friendly owner and the welcome gifts of Milk in the fridge and biscuits were gratefully received. Lovely views from the property and everything we needed was provided. Very cosy sitting room and lovely comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed some lovely days out in Ludlow, Hereford, Berrington Hall & Hampton Castle Gardens and visited some fine pubs and restaurants in the local area. We would most definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable and clean holiday accommodation with everything you need for a holiday. Clear instructions what was required so the stay was very easy with no issues. Lots of garden room as well as good parking for the car. Many thanks for the welcome pack, it was most appreciated.
What a wonderful lovely bungalow on a wonderful farm
This is a very well equipped spacious and very clean bungalow. The kitchen provides all that you need. There is no wifi. The location is quiet near a minor road. A good addition would be a garden seat.

Meadow Lea is a property we would like to book again. It was spotlessly clean well equiped and very comfortable. The welcome pack was much appreciated. With easy access to the surrounding area, eg National Trust properties and local towns.
A lovely relaxing stay over Christmas. A very well equipped cottage and very comfortable. Lovely walks nearby and great market towns.
Everything a home from home should be. .. Warm, comfy, spacious, everything you could want and more... quiet too. Mobile reception intermittent on EE and a stable 1 bar on O2 just in case that helps anyone... More than happy to recommend Meadow Lea.

We had a lovely stay at meadow Lea cottage. The cottage was very clean, warm and cosy, with great views from the diningsitting rooms. There is no WiFi, but the 4g signal was OK for us. It is within easy reach of several national trust places, and short drives to Ludlow and Leominster both delightful towns. The cottage has all you need for your stay, and is very quiet for a relaxing break. The owners were welcoming and friendly on our arrival. We would fully recommend this cottage.

A spacious bungalow on a working farm, very quiet location. Well equipped with a few minor exceptions no hairdryer for example. The owner kindly lent us theirs.
Michael

Shirley

The house was a lot larger than the pictures suggests Very Cosy! Lovely area, highly recommended.
Our second stay in Meadow Lea, a warm welcome from the host when we collected the keys. House was very clean and warm. We had a lovely restful, relaxing stay. We will definitely be back next year.
Catherine
We found the accommodation very well equipped and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly want was supplied. The cows in the fields were very friendly and the views were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Hertfordshire.
Had a lovely time at Meadow Lea the owners were lovely and had a warm welcome. The cottage was lovely and clean and we were there for two weeks and the cottage was cleaned in the middle weekend. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a good holiday. A very definitely 5 star.

The hosts are very nice people. The property is very spacious and cool we stayed during the first hot month of June '23 Parking is also very good and the location was perfect for our requirements. The road is busy at times, but the property is set well back and the noise was very acceptable. There is a railway line around 34 mile away not at all intrusive which I found great as I am a railway enthusiast. There is a large kitchen with very good facilities, the bathroom only had a large shower I always prefer a shower so some may feel restricted. The Water is soft water certainly softer than Cambridgeshire, and a pleasure to wash with. A very nice place to stay!!
A lovely place to stay, the views were amazing and having the cows outside the window the other side of the hedge so don't panicwas incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Jan the host very welcoming. The only little problem is the water pressure in the shower is low so definitely not a power shower. We also bought hand soap for the bathroom when there is normally some supplied but having met Jan we really think that was an oversight as the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was very plentiful. We will be back again if Jan and the livestock will have us. Thank you it really was very relaxing...

Nice property, comfortable, very clean. I'd certainly recommend it & would stay there again. No wifi but not important to us.
Valerie
Will definitely be back
We had a very nice week in this comfortable bungalow, very quiet and peaceful. The milk and cookies were much appreciated. The only thing missing was hand soapwash, which we had to buy. Otherwise very good.
Lovely, clean, tidy spacious property. Had a lovely relaxing stay, nice welcome tray. Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year. Ian & Terri
Such a lovely quiet place to stay and the owner is helpful and friendly. The property is comfortable and generally well stocked. Overall a great place to relax and to travel around from, to see the sights of Herefordshire. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Jocelyn
Our stay at Meadowlea was just what we needed. Super quiet amidst beautiful countryside. The bungalow was well equipped and immaculate, lovely big kitchen comfy beds sunny patio out the back too. Having a washing machine so we could take home clean clothes instead of piles of washing was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet holiday away from the stresses of life.
Well presented and very comfortable, spacious accommodation. Owners very helpful. Enjoyed the biscuits too!
We had a lovely stay. The owner was really welcoming and had left a nice welcome pack. The bungalow was peaceful and very comfortable. For a short break we didn't miss having wifi but because our EE smart phone also did not have a signal, we will find out what network does have signal in the area and get a different simm card to run our phones should we book a longer stay. There was a great farm shop just 2 miles away. We enjoyed trips to Leominster and Ludlow, both 6 miles away. The location and setting are first class. We will recommend it to friends and we hope to come back.

Lovely peaceful place, ideal for chilling, location great for trips to local amenities etc
Lovely quiet bungalow on the edge of a cattle farm. Rarely heard the cows. Set back from the road & didn't hear any traffic. The bungalow is lovely with parking spaces & gardens all around it. An idyllic bungalow for a peaceful break and set in a great location for getting out & exploring. The owners are lovely & welcoming as well.
