The Partridge is a spacious barn conversion in the Herefordshire countryside at the foot of the Malvern Hills. This historical building sits on a 150-acre estate with two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty nearby. The property sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms.

Ledbury market town is your nearest hub with markets every Tuesday and Saturday. The estate offers 150 acres to explore with abundant wildlife and breathtaking views. You can play football, cricket and croquet or relax by the fire pit under an ancient oak tree.

The ground floor features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs you'll find a zip and link double bed. The open-plan living space has floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric induction hob, wine cooler and Bose sound system. There's no TV in the living room but you do get a Smart TV elsewhere.
