Calcott Annexe Reviews

I had a wonderful stay at Calcott annex and it was just right for myself and my 2 little dogs. We had a warm welcome from Connie, who very kindly left some mince pies, milk, bread and lovely eggs for us. The living room and bedroom were very comfortable and it was great for the dogs to be able to get out very easily into the little garden. The views from the annex were lovely and it is a beautiful part of the country. I will certainly recommend others staying here and will in the future stay again.
Stephen
It was a lovely place to use as a base to explore the beautiful Ross on Wye area. There was a small problem with woodlice in the conservatory and the annex could do with a vacuum cleaner to help keep the place tidy. Connie was a delightful host and extremely helpful.
The best holiday Ive had with Sykes. So peaceful and secluded.
Connie is a warm welcoming hostess. The annexe is well heated, comfortable and welcoming. A great location.

Another lovely stay at Calcott Annexe. The cottage is comfortable and Connie is a very friendly and attentive host. The welcome pack is very generous. Everything you would need is provided and the surroundings are beautiful. The cottage is a great base to explore the Wye Valley and south west Wales being only a couple of miles from the Welsh border. Lovely property, we were there for a week when the temperature did not rise above zero, but property was warm the whole time. The owner, Connie, couldn't have been more helpful, even ringing local garages when we had car problems to find one that could do repairs soonestWout recommend this property too any body.

The cottage was exactly as expected. The host Connie was extremely helpful and welcoming. She could not do enough for us and helped make our stay so much more enjoyable. Even to the point of making sure that we had enough information about local events that we could go to. We always ask the question 'would we go back again ' and in this case, the answer was a resounding YES.

Lovely property, clean warm and comfortable. Very warm welcome from Connie, the owner and lovely thought of a provisiob of milk tea coffee butter bread and scones, to keep you going until you shopped. The conservatory is lovely and means in a one bed house there's loads of space and options of where to sit. The enclosed patio area was ideal for our dog, and meant we could relax and just let him roam around the house and patio to his hearts content
