Wow! If I could give 6 stars then I absolutely would. We have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages over the years and this one has hands down been the most luxuriously and thoughtfully equipped. The cottage has been beautifully decorated to a really high standard. It has an extremely smart new kitchen which was a pleasure to use. It was also equipped with so many thoughtful, small touches which really made it a home away from home or even nicer than home! There is a lovely outside area for eating as well as a small table and chair set on a balcony outside one of the bedrooms. We were there in a heatwave so enjoyed being able to open all the doors and windows for a breeze. The cottage would also be really cosy in winter as it has an Everhot stove like an Aga in the kitchen and a wood burning stove in the sitting room. There is so much to explore and enjoy in the local area and it was such a peaceful haven in the depths of the countryside. There is a small amount of travel on single track lanes to reach the cottage from the main road. There is room to park 3 cars at the cottage.

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished and was very comfortable and quiet. The owners who live in the farm were most helpful but not obtrusive. It provides an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of the EnglandWales border.

We had a wonderful time staying, the cottage is so beautifully finished and feels like a real home from home with lovely linens and little home touches like cotton wool in the bathrooms. Jo was very welcoming and easy to contact and went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.

The property was exceptional in every way. Very quiet, clean and comfortable great shower, kitchen facilities, and lovely furnishings and finishing touches. The owners were easily contacted, were very helpful and also provided a lovely welcome basket. We highly recommend this cottage.
