Tomkyns Cottage is an 18th-century stone retreat sleeping six in Dorstone, just 4 miles from Hay-on-Wye. This traditional property sits in the Brecon Beacons with spectacular panoramic views extending 70 miles across the Wye Valley and Mid Wales. The cottage welcomes two dogs and features two wood burners for cosy evenings.
The location offers direct access to walking and biking trails. Hay-on-Wye provides independent bookshops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area is home to kites and buzzards.
The cottage has three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms with 2ft 6 beds that convert to 5ft doubles. All bedrooms connect through the first twin room. A downstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
