The Granary Kinsham Farm is a red brick farmhouse sleeping six across three bedrooms, set deep in the Herefordshire countryside on a working farm near Presteigne on the Welsh borders. This is serious walking country. Waymarked paths start right at the door with Offa's Dyke nearby and the Black Mountains within easy reach. Presteigne is a traditional market town with independent shops and tea rooms.

Ludlow (Michelin-starred restaurants and a medieval market) is nearby. Hay-on-Wye's famous book festival town is close. Leominster's antique shops and the Elan Valley are worth the trip.
