Gorgeous property had everything you would need.

It was our families third visit to Palace Farmhouse and we loved every minute. It feels like a home from home and so was the only place we could imagine spending our first ever Christmas away from home. Kay and Brian had decorated the house to feel festive and cosy, providing all the home comforts we could want. They are always so friendly and accommodating, truly wonderful hosts. Thanks for a lovely Christmas!

Good location in a very quiet area with beautiful views. Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Needs better clothes storage in front bedroom.

Booked the property to attend our sons wedding locally, served the purpose for 5 of us We did feel the bed side carpets needed renewing and some of bed linen was a little thin and tired. On stripping the beds, the mattress and pillow protectors, I feel, need replacing.

Lovely location and well appointed accommodation. Perfect for dogs with a dog shower and utility area as well as a very well fenced garden. Fantastic views from the upstairs loungekitchen which was comfortably furnished. Quite a few steps and stairs to get around the house. The bedrooms suited us with our adult children as the layout ensured plenty of privacy. The downstairs shower rooms were all very modern. Very clean and tidy. We had an enjoyable stay with some good weather as well as torrential rain the large utility space came into its own as a space for wet boots and coats!

We had a wonderful holiday at Palace Farm and were made to feel very welcomed and even part of the working farm by the owners. The layout of the property was perfect for us, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The master bedroom was ideal as the dogs could be let into the garden through the bedroom patio doors. The dogs were made to feel very included in the property with their own shower and furniture coverings provided. We loved looking out at the tranquil view, watching the horses as we had breakfast. We were very appreciate of Kay showing us around the entire business and meeting her beautiful horses. I loved the super powerful showers! Thanks for a lovely holiday.

What an absolute gem! Amazing views and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and sitting in the lounge watching the sun go down over the fields and seeing the animals. The garden was a great space for the dog and there was a shower just for him if needed. Pretty sure we'll be back!

A great place to stay and explore. The farmhouse was well equipped with good size rooms so I wasnt cramped. The completely enclosed garden was great for the dogs

Lovely barn conversion, fantastic views from the upper floor sitting area, overall plenty of room, good kitchen and sufficient pans, crockerycutlery. Modern clean bathrooms. Comfy beds pillows were a little firm for my taste but plenty of them!. Good sized enclosed garden for the dogs. Great location, quiet but accessible to many of the local towns. Spent our time relaxing, visiting NT places nearby, walking around Malvern Hills, eating and drinking! Pleasant and helpful hosts.

This property is truly a gem beautiful setting and so comfortable inside. Everything you could need for a brilliant stay. Many holiday properties do not have sufficient kitchen equipment all great here. Also very high standards quality of everything. Garden was lovely and fenced well for dogs. Excellent communication from the owner and we felt we could contact her if any problems but there were not. Would recommend for a lovely peaceful stay.

As Barn conversions go this would take some beating. A truly beautifully, equipped and furnished property providing an excellent place to stay with extensive and picturesque views. It provided the perfect basis for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday break. Thank you Liz, Tony, Christina Martin

Palace Farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our family get together 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog. It was very clean, modern, comfortable and well stocked. The indoor space was fantastic with good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and lots of space in the upstairs living area for us all to relax while our toddler ran up and down in the open plan room. Being on the farm was really good. We fed the pigs daily, enjoyed watching the horses, and appreciated the long reaching views over the farm and surrounding countryside through the floortoceiling windows. We were also invited to use an empty paddock whenever we liked so we had our own large field for walks and ball games! I really can't fault it, it was one of the nicest accommodations we've ever stayed in.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the farm. The house is beautifully light and has amazing views. We had a fab time.

We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable and living space excellent. The owners were welcoming and helpful.

A fantastic week at Palace farm, everything you need is in the cottage, the little extras like tea coffee and sugar along with dressing gowns are slippers are brilliant. The utility room is perfect for dogs and the whole place is lovely and warm we had a couple of very chilly days. Beautiful sunrises from the windows upstairs and a great fully enclosed garden. Some great walks and places to visit within 10mls RossonWye, Abergavenny, Monmouth and Hereford. Feeding the pigs, seeing the ducks run up and down the paddock and the beautiful horses was an added bonus. Brian and Kay are excellent hosts with great local knowledge and should you need anything they are around to sort anything needed. we didn't need anything. Would certainly recommend and hope to return in the new year.

The cottage is really beautiful set in a fantastic location with amazing views of the rolling hills and farm land. Perfect for exploring all the Herefordshire has to offer. They have really thought of everything and provide things such as shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen roll, kitchen foil, cling film, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, slippers, dressing gowns etc etc. A really great property for a really good price.

Palace Farm is a wonderful holiday location! Everything was as described on the listing, with a very clear and helpful info packs, and Kay and Brian were always available to answer any questions and minor maintenance issues. We were a party of 6 2 dogs and the place was perfect for our needs, with plenty of walks on and around the farm, and places of interest within easy driving distance. With the bungalow and apartment also on site, it's the perfect place for larger parties too! Very highly recommended.

Whole experience, from booking with Sykes to excellent directions from owners was brilliant. The house was beautiful and well equipped. Beds very comfortable! The setting was idyllic. Lots of places to see, had some lovely meals in local pubs. Well worth a 2nd visit. Loved the kune kune pigs too!

The Palace was an amazing accommodation. Every little detail has been carefully thought of and it made a great base our holiday.

Our return visit was just as good as the first. We now consider Palace Farmhouse a home from home in a fantastic setting. A wonderful welcoming space that is perfect for us and our dogs. Already booked another stay. Can't wait.

Palace Farmhouse was the perfect stay for a relaxing family break. The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the fact that we could roam around the farm, meeting the animals. It was a great spot for a short drive into some beautiful places to walk and enjoy the forest, hills and rivers.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Palace Farmhouse. The accommodation is done to a very high standard. Kay and Brian are lovely hosts, there if you need them but not intrusive. My grandchildren loved feeding the pigs and seeing the other animals. The only improvements I can think of is a tumble dryer or outside drying line as we struggled to get the washing dry, also more mugs, dishes and plates as when you have dishwasher you need plenty. We hope to go back to Palace Farmhouse in the future

Lovely property. Great location, plenty to see and do

This was our second time staying at Palace Farm and yet again it blew our sock off. The whole of the family love it here, especially my blind and autistic daughter Emily. With its peaceful location and amazing views it really is heavenly, and the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. We will definitely be back in the future..

We had the best stay and the accommodation and facilities are amazing. Every thing you needed was supplied, coffee, tea, sugar, towels dog towels , dog shower etc. We would highly recommend the accommodation for families as different houses to rent all close together so everyone can be together but have their own space. Lovely waking up looking out the windows and seeing all the horses, pigs, ducks and sheep. We will definitely be going back with more of the family.

Loved it! Really brilliant place and well thought out for us dog owners, simple things like a freezer downstairs for those who feed raw along with a shower for your pooch. Such a warm welcome and nothing was ever too much. Looking forward to going back.

We had a wonderful stay at Palace Farm. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, and the children loved being able to feed and walk the animals making the stay extra special. A lovely property furnished to the highest standards. A real home from home. Unfortunately the weather wasnt kind for our Christmas break but Palace Farm was the ideal place to bunker down. Ideal location for Monmouth and Ross On Wye.

Palace Farmhouse is outstanding! We found Palace Farmhouse to be a very comfortable and wellappointed upside down property which allows visitors to enjoy beautiful views of the Herefordshire countryside from the living areas. Set in a quiet location, a bonus for dog owners is that it not only accepts dogs but actively welcomes them! Our three West Highland White Terriers had great fun watching the horses, pigs and fowl from the upstairs windows, and we had peace of mind knowing that when we let them outside, it was to a safe and secure enclosed garden. It was only myself, my husband and our dogs staying in the Farmhouse, but there were two ensuite kingsize double bedrooms and a lovely, attached suite of rooms with a double bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen sitting room available, making it perfect for holidaying with friends and family. We have no hesitation in recommending the Palace Farmhouse for anyone who wants to visit Hereford and the Welsh Marches.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Palace Farm. The property is of an extremely high standard. Kay the owner was lovely and was kind enough to show us her horses and we were allowed to walk anywhere on the farm . My grandson thoroughly enjoyed feeding the pigs too. With a secluded garden our dogs were safe and enjoyed thier stay. Views were amazing and everyone in our party have said they would like to return .

Superb!! Had a wonderful stay, couldn't fault anything about the property and the host was welcoming and helpful . The farm is very quiet and peaceful with the bonus of being encouraged to explore and meet the animals.
