Our third visit here, which says it all! Twice in The Big Splash and this time in Pool Cottage. Once again, we loved our stay. The fabulous pool is a real luxury and the hot tub is always great to relax in at the end of the day. Loved seeing Gladys again and meeting Sybil two gorgeous labradors.The new shaded seating area is a great addition to the property and was a real blessing in the heatwave. Robin, as always, continues to be the perfect host nothing is too much trouble as she aims to make her guests have the most relaxing time. Loved the carrot cake on arrival. Great that there was ice in the freezer ready to use when we arrived. Everyone who works on site is so friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Both cottages are so well equipped. We made use of the washing machine this time. This place is an absolute gem of a place we are so glad to have found it. A massive thank you to Robin for making us feel so welcome. Absolute star! Cant wait to be back in 2027!

We had a fantastic time a pool cottage. The cottage is in a beautiful location along a quiet lane and very peaceful. Robin was an excellent host and very helpful. The outside facilities were amazing with the swimming pool and hot tub. In the current heatwave the pool and outside seating areas were perfect so most of our break we just stayed at the cottage. I would highly recommend this to anyone and it was the perfect break away for us. A special place.

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing stay at Pool Cottage. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The host, Robin, was very friendly and suggested places we might go during our stay. We would recommend and hope to be back again in the future.

What a wonderful relaxing week we have just had at pool house. An amazing setting with a wonderful host Robin who was just so lovely and welcoming and let's not forget about the stars of the stay Gladys and Sybil the beautiful black labs. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and a lovely mix of old and new, the double bed was so large really fantastic and great sleeps were had ! Couldn't ask for more in the kitchen utensils and facilities wise, definite home away from home. We were so lucky the weather was perfect so we made use of the pool, it's was much larger than expected could really swim and then to have the hot tub of an evening was such a way to finish the day. The pool is shared with the Big Splash cottage that is attached to pool cottage but plenty of room and it was so lovely that Robin even came in so we could chat too. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with the weather you couldn't wish to be anywhere else. Just a few things that would make this a 5 star review and listing that personally I would work on was cleanliness, It was clear that cleaners come in during switch over but it really needs a deep clean, I know you are in the countryside and expect a few spiders but the amount of spiders all around and bush, cobwebs was a bit much, we spent the first night using the vacuum upstairs and hoovered up about 20 from the bedrooms! The shower is good but gets blocked so after being in a while the water doesn't go down the plug so your standing in it so this would be better being fixed. I lick of paint to cover up marks on walls and as I said a deep clean would make this place perfect. Outside again a clean up would make it perfect, tidy the outside seating area, clean the cushions would make it more inviting. That said this didn't spoil our stay, we had a perfect time but after I did cleaning and sorted the spiders and made it so we were comfortable to relax fully.

All I can say is AMAZING. What a lovely place to stay. The home and facilities were beautiful, clean and well looked after, the kids loved the pool and hot tub. It has everything you need and more. The host robin was superb. Genuinely couldnt ask for a better weekend away. I will 100 be returning many times in the future. What a credit of a place.

Booked for my wife's 40th birthday nice and relaxing little break in the country side. Very quiet and chilled experience. Hot tubs a perk and the swimming pool was amazing especially with the hot weather we are having. You do share the facility's with the next door Property which is a holiday cottage aswell so bare this in mind as you will see other people. Each property has its own hot tub though. The owner is friendly and maintains everything really well. Very pleased with the holiday and we were lucky enough to get the pool to our selves sunday when the other people checked out. Shane.

From start to finish this was the perfect break. The hosts were there to welcome us and we were overwhelmed by the facilities of the place. The hot tub was amazing and the pool even though not heated at this time of year was a real bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and we loved meeting Syblil and Gladys the doggies. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a perfect peaceful break. A day trip to Cleethorpes was just an hour away and we had the best sunday roast at The Cross Keys pub in Stow 8 minutes drive away We will definitely be back

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pool Cottage, and we cant express how beautiful and clean the place was. It provided a truly relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. Robin, the owner, was incredibly lovely and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Pool Cottage exceeded expectations. We were extremely fortunate to stay during the May heatwave and so spent every day by the pool which was shared with one other family staying in the adjacent cottage and the owner Robin. Robin is the best host, very friendly, helpful and tolerant of our 4 and 6 year old girls asking her questions. The location is great, the cottage and garden are tranquil but its just a short drive to Lincoln to explore the Castle, Cathedral and some lovely shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money. 100 recommended.

Pool Cottage was lovely! Clean, stylish and still cosy. Lots of lovely touches. Beautiful garden and pool. The owner was so kind and generous lovely with the children. Made the stay extra special. Would 100 recommend and hope to return!

Had a fantastic 3 nights here, the cottage itself has everything needed. The swimming pool is just amazing, the kids loved it, and the finishing touch is the private hot tub. Robin is such a good host. We will be back next year.

Arriving at pool cottage which was easy to find we were over the moon with the accommodation, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a much needed break away from our busy lives. The welcome brownies were delicious and a big hit with the girls. Also the heated pool was amazing. We spent most of our time either in the pool or around it on the comfortable garden furniture. We were very lucky with the weather. We definitely will be back at pool cottage or the big splash The owner and her team are all absolute stars, very helpful and friendly. If its on you maybe list just book it

A lovely cottage with all the facilities you could ever want, plus more. The use of the pool and hot tub make this place a little bit special. Robin is a great host and is available if needed. Will definitely be back at some point in the future.

It was a lovely short, 2 night, last minute stay. The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. The outdoor heated pool was clean and a great benefit since it was a very hot week on the UK. The owner was friendly and cooked us some delicious brownies on our last morning. We had a BBQ one evening and watched the sunset which was beautiful. All in all, a great find for a couple of just wanted 2 days away from the grind! I think the only 2 negative feedback is that the grounds around the cottage weren't ready for visitors. There was a lot of mess in the garden a bath tub which we later saw was for the owners dog to play in and the tennis court appearance was run down and derelict. The owner did apologise for not being ready for us as I don't think they usually had guests mid week for a short stay. It would have been nice to have a discount based on this. Also, the owner and her family used the pool at the same time as us on the 2nd day. It should have been reserved just for guests, who have paid to use it. Having said this, it suited out needs at the time and we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing break at the cottage. It was warm, comfortable, and cosy. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. We will definitely recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the cottage. It is extremely cosy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the total quietness at night. The hot tub is superb and even had a few very quick dips in the outdoor pool. Would highly recommend the place.

Our overall experience was fantastic the cottage was perfect for a lovely relaxing few days, so much so we are already looking at dates we can visit again. The only thing I could suggest could have been better would be a cover on the downstairs quilt apart from that the cottage was perfect.

We had a lovely week at Pool Cottage. The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and answer any questions we had. She was always available during the week to offer any help if needed. There were chocolate brownies in the kitchen which our children throughly enjoyed and fresh eggs for breakfast. The cottage is amazing, very well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub is a great facility. The location is beautiful with surrounding fields, which you can see for miles and the town is only a short drive away. We didnt want to leave and will definitely be retuning in the summer, so the children can go in the swimming pool. I would highly recommend Pool Cottage.

The kitchen had everything you needed. Lovely touch as the owners left us homemade brownies and fresh eggs from their hens. Great log burner in the lounge and the hot tub was lovely. Shame the pool too cold to use we need to come back in warmer weather.

Lovely cottage with fantastic facilities. Great location. Robin was so helpful. We are already considering another visit. Dambusters pub was a good recommendation and great meal. Highly recommend Ole Ole in Lincoln for Tapas. Thanks for a stunning break

We have used this cottage several times, mainly during the colder winter months and whilst an unpopular time for some, we take advantage of the gorgeous log burner and the amazing hot tub! First set of logs supplied complimentary with additional logs available at an extremely reasonable price! Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom make ones feet tingle with delight! The layout of the cottage is excellent but to note that for an older person the stairs as in an older cottage maybe a little steep but also bear in mind there is s sofa bed and accessible facilities downstairs. A modern fully equipped kitchen, a lovely conservatory which also takes you out to the pool area where there is a changing room and bathroom for use by the pool! So in contrast to all of those factors that make this cottage so cosy and welcoming, a little mad I know but the ladies take advantage of the swimming pool!!!!! Yes at outside temperatures of 2 and 3 degrees!!!!!! They say it is just mind over matter and reap the benefits of how the body reacts to the cold making it an invigorating and positive experience! Look up the Wim Hof method and all will become clear! Our host Robin absolutely cares! We had a welcome tray of delightful home baked chocolate brownies left with milk, fizz and spectacular fresh eggs from the chickens she keeps! The perfect host who is attentive and goes the extra mile to make things right! Simply spending a week or a weekend there is a real treat! We love it.

Lovely property, really cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and owner living so close by was really handy. Robyn was quick to resolve any little issues we had. Rural location but only 15 mins from Lincoln. Pool would be fab in warmer weather. Thank you for a fab stay xxx

I was delighted to arrive to find the cottage decorated for Christmas, a sparkling decorated tree and fireplace made me feel very welcome, as a returning guest it was lovely to see that they had also remembered my preferences regarding the welcome goodies thank you. I have always been made to feel very welcome on my stays here.

Pool Cottage was delightfully charming just as described. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. Freshly laid eggs, homemade brownies and milk left by the owner were a lovely touch. Will definitely return.
