The Hayloft was the perfect base for our stay in north Norfolk, it had everything we needed, well thought out with a home from home feel. It is located in a beautiful, peaceful and rural setting. We were able to walk from the door in the evening and enjoyed sightings of the guinea fowl, pea hens and wildlife such as pheasants, deer and hares. We were able to travel to villages and towns in the surrounding area and coast, we were also lucky with the early heat wave and were able to come back from visits and soak up the sun in the courtyard. We received a warm welcome and hamper from the owners who were close to hand but not intrusive in any way. We wouldn't hesitate to choose the Hayloft again next time we are travelling to Norfolk.

There was a beautiful Christmas Tree and the whole place was toasty warm, comfortable and inviting when we arrived. A wonderful cottage which works well especially with 2 bathrooms. Location is in the heart of the countryside, so peaceful. The entire north Norfolk coast is 30 to 40 minutes away so there is so much to do and you can retreat to the cottage in the evening. The Town is 10 minutes away with all you need. Brilliant time.

Lovely place and ideal for birdwatching locations such as Sculthorpe, Snettisham, Titchwell, Holme & Cley. Tucked away from the main roads in a quiet valley with a resident Barn owl which showed itself regularly. The cottage is clean, fresh and modern. A great place to unwind and slow down. The only downside is there is no phone signal as it is set down in a valley, but they do have good broadband so you can always make calls via WhatsApp.

An excellent escape from the routine of everyday life. An ideal location for exploring North Norfolk, with its many nature reserves and amazing coastline. The Hayloft is relaxing, with comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped, and lots of space. And if you like the peace and quiet of the countryside, then this is the place for you!

The Hayloft was a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped property and you could tell that a lot of love and thought had gone into the creating of it. It is set in lovely countryside which enabled us to have lovely evening strolls having used the car during the day to visit places. With the use of a car there is plenty to see in the area ranging from lovely coastal walks, visits to stately homes or to a Wildlife reserve which we really enjoyed. Owner is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful with information etc. We were also spoilt with a very generous and thoughtful hamper.

Really lovely, well equipped, clean cottage. Warm and comfy after long winter walks. Great location, most beaches only 20/30 min drive away. Very peaceful.
